Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with enquiries and bookings.
- Introduce and explain company products, services, and promotions.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to provided leads to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective telemarketing and customer engagement.
- Follow up with leads and arrange appointments
- Maximize conversions within timeline for leads assigned
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment-setting targets
- Adhere to company policies and data confidentiality requirements.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Customer-oriented and persuasive approach.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills is a must.
- Previous telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
