JOB VACANCY: SITE SUPERVISOR
Company Industry: Ceiling & Partition Works (Renovation Work)
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,800 per month
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise daily ceiling and partition installation works at project sites.
Plan work schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site measurements and assist with material quantity calculations.
Provide regular progress updates.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Maintain proper site records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure workers comply with workplace safety requirements and site regulations.
Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Relevant experience in site coordination, preferably within ceiling, partition, renovation, or construction works.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage workers and coordinate effectively with different parties.
Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel to different project sites when required.
