Responsibilities:
Data entry and record keeping:
Recording transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Accounts Payable :
Processing payments
Bank reconciliation:
Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Expense management:
Processing and tracking expense claims.
Reporting:
Helping to prepare financial reports and summaries.
Communication:
Liaising with internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve financial queries.
Administrative support:
Performing general office tasks like filing, answering phones, and handling mail.
Requirements:
Ability to use SAGE ACCPAC
will be advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
Ethical behaviour when dealing with sensitive financial information.
High level of accuracy and efficiency
