What You Will Do

• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors, and address enquiries on programmes, schedules, and fees accurately and professionally.
• Process new student registrations, complete paperwork, and collect fees.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and app messages in a timely manner.
• Keep the centre front clean and organised, and assist with filing, data entry, and inventory tracking.

What You Will Gain

Working Hours

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 2.30 PM – 9.30 PM
• Saturday, Sunday: 8.30 AM – 8.00 PM

Commitment

• Minimum 1 year, availability to work at least 1 weekday and 1 weekend listed. Undergraduates are welcome to apply — shifts may be reviewed every 6 months to accommodate academic schedules.
