About the Role
The Singapore engineering team is seeking a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in electronic security systems and project coordination. You will be responsible for managing project execution, overseeing system installation, supporting commissioning activities, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a site-based engineering environment, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of complex system integration projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage the execution of security system projects including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
Oversee system installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget, timeline, and technical scope
Provide technical guidance and support to site teams during installation and troubleshooting
Maintain proper project documentation including drawings, configuration records, and handover reports
Support system programming, integration, and testing activities where required
Security Systems & Project Coordination (Preferred)
Experience working with CCTV, card access, and alarm systems in commercial or industrial environments
Familiarity with ELV systems, structured cabling, and basic networking concepts
Exposure to system integration and coordination with multiple building technologies
Experience coordinating site activities and managing subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Communication Engineering or related field
Hands-on experience in project execution for electronic security or ELV systems
Good understanding of CCTV, access control, and alarm system architecture
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple project activities
Willingness to work on-site and support project commissioning activities
Preferred (Added Advantage)
Experience working with system integrators or security solution providers
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and IP-based security systems
Experience handling project documentation, testing, and client handover processes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when required
