Tanggungjawab
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQ), and manage the tendering process end to end.
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurement of works from drawings and specifications.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct cost estimation, cost analysis, and feasibility studies for project trade works.
- Carry out value management and cost control throughout all project stages.
- Prepare, submit, and evaluate progress claims, variation claims, and final accounts.
- Administer contracts, including correspondence, documentation, and resolution of contractual disputes.
- Evaluate subcontractors' completed work and certify payments.
- Identify, assess, and develop responses to commercial and contractual risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant contract forms (e.g. SIA, PSSCOC) and statutory requirements, including the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (SOP Act).
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders on cost-related matters.
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify progress and quantities.
- Maintain proper documentation in line with company and ISO standards.
