We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our commercial and sales teams. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience who are interested in sales operations, business support, and administrative coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the processing of sales orders and promotional orders.
• Coordinate free goods and incentive claims for customers and trade promotions.
• Assist in tracking and validating outlet incentive programs.
• Support product uploads and resolve issues on B2B ordering platforms.
• Verify and process promoter incentive payouts.
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide administrative and operational support for various business activities.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and administrative processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g. JDE, Salesforce) will be an advantage but is not required.
