Student Internship Opportunities at Nixfon Learning

Nixfon Learning is looking for curious, driven, and open-minded students and fresh graduates to join our team as interns!

We believe internships should be more than just ticking off university requirements. At Nixfon Learning, interns get the opportunity to work on real projects, support real clients, learn from experienced team members, and explore their potential in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We currently have three internship opportunities available:

1. Sales Intern

Are you curious about people, business, and how great conversations turn into meaningful client relationships?

As a Sales Intern, you’ll support our sales and consulting team in understanding client needs, researching prospects, preparing proposals, and participating in client conversations.

This is a consultative sales internship — we believe sales should feel like a conversation, not a battle. You’ll learn how to listen, ask the right questions, understand business challenges, and help shape solutions that actually work.

What You’ll Do

• Support sales and consulting activities with clients and prospects
• Assist with discovery conversations, proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
• Research prospects, industries, and learning trends
• Prepare sales presentations and supporting materials
• Maintain CRM records and sales documentation
• Participate in client meetings and product/service demos
• Share ideas and contribute insights to the sales and consulting team

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Education, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, organized, and people-oriented
• Willingness to learn consultative B2B sales
• Interest in Learning & Development, HR, consulting, or SaaS is a bonus
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

2. Graphic Design Intern

Do you get excited about colour palettes, typography, layouts, and turning ideas into visuals?

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern with serious creative curiosity — someone who understands that great design isn’t just about looking good, but about communicating ideas effectively.

You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, sales, and consulting teams to create visuals for real projects and campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Turn creative briefs into visuals for social media, presentations, campaigns, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with consultants, sales, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life
• Assist with branding work, including layouts, logos, and visual identity elements
• Experiment with illustrations, typography, layouts, and new creative ideas
• Organize and maintain design assets
• Help maintain Nixfon Learning’s overall visual identity and aesthetic
• Contribute creative ideas to ongoing projects and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Currently studying or recently completed a design-related programme
• Self-taught creatives are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign
• Canva or Figma experience is a bonus
• A portfolio showcasing your work, experiments, or creative projects
• Strong sense of aesthetics, colour, typography, and layout
• Open to feedback and willing to experiment
• Positive, collaborative, and can-do attitude

3. Sales & AI Software Intern

Interested in the intersection of sales, consulting, technology, and AI?

Our Sales & AI Software Internship gives you the opportunity to explore how AI-powered tools can support sales, client engagement, lead nurturing, demonstrations, and data-driven decision-making.

You don’t need to be a programmer. What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in understanding how technology can solve real business problems.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Learn the fundamentals of consultative selling in the technology space
• Explore how AI software can support sales and client engagement
• Assist with product/software demonstrations
• Support lead research and nurturing activities
• Participate in client conversations and meetings
• Learn how to identify client needs and connect them with suitable solutions
• Support sales strategies and data-driven decision-making
• Develop a consulting mindset through real-world projects

What We’re Looking For

• Students or fresh graduates interested in sales, consulting, AI, or technology
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using technology and exploring new tools
• No coding experience required
• Strong curiosity and willingness to ask questions
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
