Job Summary

Delima Emas Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible and experienced *Farm Supervisor* to join our Farm Operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily poultry farm operations, monitoring flock performance, managing farm workers and ensuring compliance with company SOPs, biosecurity, animal welfare and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm operations and farm workers in accordance with company SOPs and production schedules.
• Monitor flock health and performance, including *Average Body Weight (ABW), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), mortality, uniformity and feed consumption*.
• Ensure proper implementation of animal health, welfare and biosecurity programmes.
• Monitor feed, water and house environment to maintain optimum flock conditions and performance.
• Monitor farm equipment and inventory, including coordination of preventive maintenance and repair works.
• Maintain accurate farm records and ensure compliance with *MyOrganic, MyGAP, HALAL, OSH* and other applicable requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in productivity, biosecurity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in *Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science* or related field.
• Minimum *2 years of experience in poultry farm operations or related industry*.
• Good knowledge of *broiler management, biosecurity, animal welfare and farm practices*.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.
• Willing to work in *Kuala Selangor*.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
