Luxury Watch Sales Associates

to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Serve walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries professionally.

Share product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.

Assist customers with their watch-buying and trade-in enquiries.

Assist with daily store operations, including stock receiving and inventory checks.

Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details.

Work closely with the team to achieve store sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, or the pawnshop industry is an advantage.

Passionate about learning luxury watch brands, models, and technical details.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
