Project Engineer

1) Responsibilities

·        Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality

requirements

·        Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on project execution

·        Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents prior to implementation

·        Manage site progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance

·        Prepare project schedules, reports, method statements, and progress updates

·        Identify and resolve technical and site issues in coordination with design team

·        Ensure compliance with safety regulations, QA/QC standards, and authority requirements

·        Attend site meetings, inspections, and project coordination meetings

2) Competencies

·        Strong knowledge in MEP systems and construction/site practices

·        Good project coordination and management skills

·        Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

·        Problem-solving and decision-making skills

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

3) Qualifications

·        Minimum 1–3 years working experience in construction / engineering projects (fresh graduates may

be considered for junior role)

·        Experience in semiconductor / cleanroom / industrial projects is an added advantage

·        Willing to travel and work outstation as required

·        Able to work on-site and handle multiple projects

· Possess own transport and valid driving license

Site Supervisor

1) Responsibilities

·        Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

·        Monitor construction progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards.

·        Manage subcontractors, workers, and site resources effectively.

·        Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the project manager and engineering team.

·        Ensure drawings and specifications are implemented correctly on-site.

·        Assist in resolving technical and operational problems during construction.

Prepare site reports, documentation, and updates for management.

2) Competencies

·        Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and safety practices.

·        Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

·        Good leadership and team management skills.

·        Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.

·        Effective communication and coordination skills with contractors, engineers, and clients.

·        Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.

3) Qualifications

·        Flexibility to travel and work at project sites across Penang, neighbouring states, and outstation locations (KL, JB, East Malaysia).

·        Valid driving license preferred.

·        Ability to work extended hours or weekends when required by project schedules.

·        Prior experience in site supervision or construction projects is an advantage.

·        Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Site Admin

1) Responsibilities

·        Provide administrative support to site team including QS and purchasing functions

·        Assist in preparation, submission, and tracking of purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices

·        Maintain proper documentation and filing system for all site records

·        Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments on material delivery and documentation

·        Monitor and update material status, site progress records, and reports

·        Assist in quantity take-off, basic costing, and documentation support for QS team

·        Handle general site administration duties such as attendance records, timesheets, and correspondence

·        Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineer in preparing the Certificate of Payment (COP) for subcontractors progress' claims following their review and approval.

2) Competencies

·        Basic knowledge of administrative and documentation processes

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

·        Good organizational and filing skills

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·        Good communication and coordination skills

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment

3) Qualifications

·        Prior experience in construction / engineering / site environment is an advantage

·        Fresh graduates or SPM leavers with good attitude are encouraged to apply

·        Able to work at site and adapt to site environment

·        Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

·        Possess own transport is preferred
