Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accounts (AR, GL) - Admin Assistant, Gaji tinggi SGD 2,800 di MC-BAUCHEMIE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities: Accounts / Finance

-Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, receipt posting and payment follow-up.

-Prepare customer Statement of Account (SOA) and AR ageing reports, and follow up on overdue accounts.

-Assist with monthly closing and General Ledger (GL) schedules.

-Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly management reports.

-Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the Warehouse team on stock variances.

-Assist with GST reporting, quarterly HQ reporting and annual audit.

-Assist with stock take, stock adjustment and stock provision.

-Maintain customer, supplier, fixed asset and accounting records.

-Assist with invoicing, shipping documents and other finance-related documentation.

-Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities: Administration / Operations

-Prepare production sheets, goods release notes, sample/transfer forms and other operational documents.

-Maintain item codes and daily transaction records.

-Handle general administrative duties, phone calls and filing.

-Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirements

-Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

-Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and general accounting will be an advantage.

-Experience with MYOB and SAP will be an added advantage.

-Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

-Meticulous, organised and responsible, with a professional working attitude.
