Job DescriptionRole Summary:

The Customer Supply Chain Manager will oversee supply chain activities between customers, commercial teams, and global supply chain functions. The role focuses on demand planning, inventory management, customer fulfilment, supplier coordination, and improving supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities to support customer requirements.
• Serve as a key interface between customers, commercial teams, and global supply chain functions.
• Develop demand forecasts and supply plans based on customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely product availability.
• Coordinate production planning, procurement, logistics, and delivery activities.
• Work closely with customers to understand demand changes and supply requirements.
• Identify supply risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Analyse supply chain performance and recommend process improvements.
• Track key performance indicators such as inventory, delivery performance, and customer service levels.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams.
• Prepare supply chain reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, planning, procurement, logistics, or operations.
• Strong experience in demand planning, inventory management, and customer supply-chain management.
• Good understanding of procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and supply-chain planning tools.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with regional and global teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
