* Hiring Founding Lead and Assistant Programme Educators (Weekend Part-Time) | The Family Club*

Are you an educator who loves creating meaningful learning experiences—not just delivering someone else’s lesson plans?

The Family Club is launching a premium family learning club in central Singapore, and we’re looking for passionate Lead and Assistant Programme Educators to help shape and deliver our programmes from the very beginning.

This is an opportunity to:

* Co-Design and deliver engaging, hands-on experiences for children aged 0–10

* Co-Create programmes that build curiosity, creativity, confidence and connection

* Collaborate with a founding team to develop our signature learning experiences

* Build meaningful relationships with children and families

We’re looking for educators with a background in:

Early Childhood Education

Education / Psychology / Child Development

Enrichment or learning programme design

You should be someone who:

Understands child development

Enjoys creating your own activities and experiences

Loves working collaboratively and building something new

Able to build rapport with families

Our programmes are built around five learning pillars:

1) Cognitive Development

2) Creativity & Arts

3) Physical Development & Motor Skills

4) Language & Communication

5) Social Emotional Learning

- Central Singapore

- Weekend part-time role 4-8 hours (9am-1pm)

- Premium hourly rate: S$20–50/hour (depending on experience)

- Supported by an Assistant Programme Leader during sessions
