What You'll Do:

1. Identify and approach target companies for our training programs

2. Meet HR/L&D and business decision-makers face to face to present our offerings

3. Understand client needs and recommend the right training solutions

4. Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate, and close

5. Build long-term client relationships for repeat business

6. Work with the marketing team on leads and internal teams on client onboarding

7. Keep accurate records of leads, pipeline, and closed deals

8. Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For:

1. At least 2 years in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (training, education, events, or corporate services background is a plus)

2. Confident and well-spoken, comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers

3. Self-driven and target-oriented, comfortable being out of office regularly

4. Own transport required

5. HR/L&D network or familiarity with HRD Corp claimable training is a strong advantage

6. Malaysian, based in or able to travel around the Klang Valley

Remuneration: RM3,000- RM4,000 (negotiable based on experience) + commission per deal closed
