Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Making applications for fire extinguishers' licenses and monitoring application documentation.

• Follow up and monitor all applications with the respective Fire Stations.

• Ensure that all information keyed-in are accurate

• Gather all information about application problems to the department head.

• Make a physical check on the fire extinguisher's serial number if differs in the system.

• Applicant must be computer literate especially MS Excel

• Applicant must possess at least SPM qualification.

• Responsible, good attendance and hard-working.
