• Minimum 2 years hands-on working experience of MY mobility and immigration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• IT literate
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Job Description – Immigration Associate

1. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on the immigration request and processing support.
2. Handle the end-to-end immigration lifecycle such as visa applications, contract stamping, other immigration passes and related immigration processes.
3. Prepare, review and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation with accuracy within the timelines and meet regulatory compliance.
4. Maintain accurate files and monitoring on applications status and ensuring audit readiness and easy accessibility of documentation.
5. Prepare reports and status updates to internal stakeholders
6. Liaise with Group Mobility office, third-party providers, consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities to stay updated on regulatory changes and monitor case progress.
7. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
8. Assisting on other HR operations tasks and initiatives when required.
