Role Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and operations coordination tasks.
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
• Prepare documents, reports, forms, and other administrative materials.
• Organize and maintain administrative records and documents.
• Assist with correspondence, emails, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal activities.
• Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external parties when required.
• Assist in tracking and following up on assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willing to work on-site.
