We're building a new AI powered B2B SaaS business from the ground up, and we're looking for our first Growth Lead to help shape how we acquire customers, build partnerships, and scale our go-to-market engine. This isn't a role where you'll inherit existing processes. You'll help design the foundation and build them.

Working directly with the General Manager for AI Solutions, you'll be expected to have a hands-on approach to define our growth strategy, work with external and internal teams to launch and run digital B2B campaigns, manage agency partnerships, own the CRM ecosystem, and influence key commercial decisions. Your work will directly impact the first launch base of 100+ customers and lay the foundation for future growth.

As our Growth Lead, you'll own demand generation right from strategy through execution.

Growth & Demand Generation

• Design, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn and other digital channels in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Build scalable outbound programs using modern prospecting and sequencing platforms.
• Experiment rapidly across channels to identify repeatable growth opportunities.

Agency & Partner Growth

• Lead our relationship with the appointed marketing agency, ensuring regular & consistent high-quality execution and strong campaign performance.
• Build and grow our agency partner ecosystem, from identifying partners to onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship management.

CRM & Growth Operations

• Own our CRM, lead capture journeys, nurture workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Build the operational infrastructure that powers our sales and marketing engine.

Content & Campaign Execution

• Work with partner teams to build compelling campaign messaging, outreach sequences, landing page briefs, case studies and sponsored content like newsletters & articles.
• Work closely with designers and agency partners to deliver high-performing creative assets.

Analytics & Business Performance

• Monitor weekly pipeline performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations directly to the General Manager.

Who are we looking for

You're someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and creating impact. You'll likely have:

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and other digital acquisition campaigns.
• Strong experience with outbound prospecting tools and multi-touch sales sequences.
• CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), including automation, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Experience managing agencies, strategic partners, or channel relationships.
• Past experience working at a digital agency or digital marketing company is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for ads, outreach, and customer-facing content.
• A data-driven mindset with experience optimizing campaigns using experimentation and analytics.
• A builder's mentality, someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys creating something new rather than maintaining existing processes.
