Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly and year-end financial closing, management reports, and ensure tax and audit compliance
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and credit control, providing financial insights to support management decisions
Maintain and improve ERP/accounting systems, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient processes
Review internal controls and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Liaise with internal departments on billing, costing, and financial matters
Guide and support junior team members
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or any related field
Min 3 years of related experience handling Full Sets of Accounts
Experience working in Engineering industry is preferred
Working Location: Tagore
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm)
Salary: Up to $5000
