About the Role

Hyper Media Global is looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Assistant to support our daily administrative and basic accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

Accounts

• Assist with invoices and quotations
• Organise receipts and financial documents
• Perform basic data entry and record keeping
• Assist with claims and reimbursements
• Track payments and invoices

Administration

• Maintain digital and physical filing
• Handle basic emails and phone enquiries
• Organise company documents and records
• Support daily office operations
• Assist with meeting schedules and follow-ups

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or currently studying in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related fields
• Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting and administration
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Google Workspace
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Good English communication skills
• Able to commute to Plaza Damas, Sri Hartamas
