Job Responsibility:
Providing support in ensuring of readiness of workplace; in meeting room setup (including VIP), office, project & pantry area with provision of equipment such as IT related equipment, furniture’s, offices & pantry consumables.
Liaising with internal/external vendor on:
Internal team on the general cleaning of the premises after catering.
External vendor on maintenance of equipment when needed.
Assisting staff and vistors with the making of hot drinks when required & provide beverages to visitors in the executive lounge.
Maintenance/Troubleshooting of equipment in the pantry such as coffee machine, fridge and assist staff with the use of electrical appliances such as microwave, toaster etc.
Always ensure cleanliness of areas such as dishes, cutlery & general area cleaning.
Always ensure workplace and meeting room to be tidied / refreshed for the next user and end of the day.
Ensure stock is refill at all times (tea, coffee, sugar, cold drinks etc.)
Requirement:
Minimum O’level
Willing to work in shift works.
