Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

-  Deliverable: Detailed Business Requirements Document (BRD)

-  Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and document business requirements accurately.

-  Thoroughly analyze current business processes and workflows, pinpointing areas for enhancement and automation.

2. Solution Design:

-   Deliverable: Product Playbook and Runbook, Product Onboarding Form and Guide

-  Translate business requirements into precise functional specifications for implementation.

-  Design and document comprehensive solutions, incorporating process flows, data models, and integration strategies.

-   Work closely with technical teams to verify the practicality and sustainability of proposed solutions.

3.  Implementation Support:

-   Deliverable: User acceptance testing (UAT) Test Plan and Test Cases

-   Engage actively in testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure robustness and adherence to requirements.

4. Continuous Improvement:

-    Track usage and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for continual platform refinement.

-  Keep abreast of updates and emerging features, evaluating their potential impact and organizational relevance.

-  Recommend and implement enhancements to improve platform efficiency and efficacy.

Requirement:

·   Shall have a degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent.

·  Must be a Singaporean citizen.

·  Shall be able to obtain and maintain a valid MINDEF Security Directive (MSD) CAT 1 security clearance.

· Shall fulfil at least one of the following criteria:

o  Shall have at least two (2) years’ experience in system analysis and design and Java training or certification.

o  Shall have at least one (1) year experience in system analysis and design in MINDEF / SAF Java EE projects.

Prior experience with ServiceNow will be an added advantage
