Job Summary

Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment while following food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with basic cooking tasks to support meal preparation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe food environment
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to meet hygiene standards
• Receive and store ingredients properly to maintain inventory and freshness
• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures to comply with health regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage workload during busy periods
• Perform general kitchen duties as assigned to support smooth kitchen operations
