About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and independent Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to manage marketing activities. This role is primarily focused on B2B2C marketing, supporting our dealer network and sales organisation while ensuring strong and consistent brand presence in the market. The successful candidate will take ownership of assigned brand social media accounts, oversee social media and digital platforms, develop dealer engagement initiatives, and support on-ground events and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the social media channels and digital presence of assigned Company brands. Manage content calendars, campaign execution, community/content monitoring and website updates together with appointed agencies.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance and provide regular updates, insights and recommendations. Track dealer participation and campaign effectiveness where applicable, and evaluate whether marketing activities are supporting the intended business objectives.
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for creative, digital, social media, PR, production and other appointed agencies. Prepare clear briefs, set deadlines, follow up proactively and ensure agencies deliver according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Review creative work and provide clear, actionable feedback while ensuring brand guidelines and business objectives are met.
• Plan initiatives to strengthen dealer relationships, participation and brand visibility. Coordinate dealer communication, promotions, product launches, training support and other engagement activities.
• Plan and support dealer events, roadshows, exhibitions, product launches, trade activities and other on-ground initiatives. Coordinate agencies, vendors, sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution before, during and after each event.
• Manage assigned marketing budgets, quotations, purchase requests, agency costs and related documentation. Ensure marketing expenditure is properly tracked and activities are delivered within approved budgets.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Management on marketing and commercial initiatives. Support other marketing activities when required, particularly in a growing business environment where priorities may evolve.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Approximately 5-7 years of relevant experience
• 
  
• Automotive, tyre, aftermarket or other dealer/distributor network experience would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a brand or marketing account independently.
• Strong experience dealing with creative/digital agencies and external vendors, including briefing, timeline management, reviewing deliverables and following through to completion.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing; however, candidates should be comfortable working beyond digital marketing and supporting dealer and on-ground activities.
• Strong project-management and organisational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Commercially minded and able to connect marketing activities with dealer engagement, sales support and business objectives.
• Strong follow-up skills and a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Experience in B2B marketing, trade marketing, channel marketing, dealer marketing or distributor-based businesses is strongly preferred.
