We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager - Credit Cards to support the growth and development of our credit card business. This role will be responsible for managing the Bank's credit card portfolio, driving product innovation, enhancing customer experience and ensuring sustainable portfolio growth while maintaining compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Bank's credit card portfolio, identifying market opportunities and developing competitive product propositions.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to support product enhancement and portfolio growth strategies.
• Execute the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product development, launch, performance monitoring, and enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative credit card features, benefits, and campaigns that create value for customers.
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, risk, and customer satisfaction, while recommending actions to improve business outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to Shariah principles, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and AML standards.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and service quality.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in credit card product management with a proven track record in portfolio growth and profitability.
• Strong understanding of credit card products, market dynamics, product development, and competitor landscape.
• Knowledge of credit risk management, regulatory compliance, and banking practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams.
