Job Description
Handle finance, accounting, and administrative support for a Satcom engineering company. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, invoicing, procurement coordination, inventory tracking, payroll support, and maintaining company records. Assist management with financial reporting, budgeting, and day‑to‑day office operations to ensure smooth workflow across sales, engineering, and production teams.
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
Able to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
Advantage: Experience in engineering, manufacturing, Satcom, or technical project environments.
