Role Overview
The Property Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of property agents, and ensuring effective customer engagement. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and guide the team toward achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property sales agents.
- Monitor daily activities, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training support.
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Handle negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional advice on property market trends and financing options.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare sales reports and present updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and client records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve high performance.
- Knowledge of property industry regulations and market dynamics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
