• Design conversion strategies based on the user lifecycle, and optimize user experience at key touchpoints during the purchasing journey (e.g., homepage, campaign pages, etc.).
• Collaborate with advertising and user acquisition teams to improve order placement and conversion rates across the entire user transaction journey.
• Enhance user engagement, growth, and conversion through campaign and feature design (e.g., user tasks, sharing functions, etc.).
• Work cross-functionally to coordinate R&D, design, and testing teams to deliver development tasks on schedule; track project progress to ensure product quality and timely launch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in product manager roles.
• Familiarity with online travel platforms or e-commerce industries; capable of independently conducting requirements research and product design.
• Strong curiosity and self-motivation, innovative mindset, enjoys challenges, strives for excellence, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Understand the fundamental principles of AI and seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into product design.
