Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will support management in business plan development and client engagement, focusing on building new client relationships and contributing to local and overseas market expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in security services, technology solutions, and training services for both local and international markets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
Prepare proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and presentation materials.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients to expand the customer base
Participate actively in client meetings, site surveys, and business negotiations.
Support networking events and industry exhibitions.
Monitor sales pipeline and prepare business development reports.
Technical Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of business development, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
Able to prepare proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Understanding of market research and competitor analysis techniques
Ability to develop business cases and identify growth opportunities.
Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
Mid Career individuals from any qualifications level can apply.
