Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding the company’s customer base. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The role involves close collaboration with internal technical and operations teams to align client requirements with company capabilities. The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales forecasts, and provide regular progress reports to management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Solid Business acumen and Account Management capabilities to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders and deliver clear presentations.
• Experience in sales, business development, or related roles within engineering, construction, or technical services is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
