Training Needs Analysis:
Collaborate with department managers to identify employee skill gaps and future capability requirements.
Program Coordination:
Plan, schedule, and execute staff training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
Budget & Vendor Management:
Administer training budgets, track training expenses, and liaise with external training vendors or grant providers.
Progress Tracking & Evaluation:
Monitor trainee participation, analyze feedback and post-learning evaluation scores, and prepare progress reports for management.
Career Development Support:
Assist in talent management, performance evaluation follow-ups, and career progression frameworks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience working as an HR Officer, Training Coordinator, or in a Learning & Development role.
Strong understanding of training design, methodologies, and learning management systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
