Job Requirements:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely using the Info-Tech Payroll System.
• Maintain payroll records and employee database.
• Prepare and submit CPF, SDL, IR8A, AIS, NS Make-Up Pay and other statutory submissions.
• Liaise with government agencies regarding payroll and employment matters
• Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters and onboarding documents
• Conduct orientation for new employees
• Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions and resignations
• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP)
• Monitor probation reviews and performance appraisal processes.
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Support HR audits and preparation of HR reports.
• Perform other HR administrative duties assigned by HR Manager

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in Construction.
• Preferable with IHRP Certified Professional
• Experience handling payroll for at least 100 employees will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
