Working location: CLEMENTI MALL (CLEMENTI MRT)
Working hours: 7am-5pm (6 days work week, OT until 6pm/ 7pm when required)
Salary: Gross salary UP TO $3222 per month (After 72hrs OT & Allowances)
Job Responsibilities:
Daily preparation and production of breads
Kneading, cutting, and shaping of the dough
Washing and cleaning of utensils, metal baking trays, ovens & etc.
Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen/ workstation
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the baker-in-charge/ manager
Job Requirements:
Able to withstand working in a hot and humid kitchen
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work under pressure
Proactive and great team player, able to work together as a team.
Fit and energetic (Able to squat and lift loads of up to 25 kg)
Min. 2 years of experience in Bread baking.
Overtime required
Able to work 6 days/ week
Good Memory to memorize recipes and SOPs
Non-smoker
