Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Software Developer
to design, develop and maintain scalable software applications and backend systems. The role will support fintech and enterprise applications, with a focus on high-performance solutions using Java, microservices, cloud technologies and database platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain backend applications using
Java, Spring Cloud and related technologies
.
Develop scalable
microservices and distributed systems
for high-availability and high-concurrency environments.
Design and develop APIs and backend services for financial and enterprise applications.
Work with
SQL and NoSQL databases
, including MySQL, Redis and Elasticsearch.
Develop and maintain solutions using cloud platforms such as
AWS and Alibaba Cloud
.
Implement
CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
using Jenkins and Git.
Perform application testing, debugging, code reviews and performance optimisation.
Implement caching, messaging and distributed processing solutions to enhance application performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in an
Agile environment
to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, application interfaces and development standards.
Troubleshoot production and application issues and implement appropriate technical solutions.
Continuously improve software quality, scalability, security and reliability.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or a related discipline
.
At least
5 years of relevant software development experience
.
Strong hands-on experience in
Java and Spring/Spring Cloud
.
Experience developing
microservices and distributed systems
.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as
MySQL, Redis and Elasticsearch
.
Experience with cloud platforms such as
AWS or Alibaba Cloud
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD, Jenkins, Git and automated deployment
.
Experience with
Docker/Kubernetes
will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in
fintech, payment, trading or other high-volume transaction systems
will be an advantage.
