Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:30pm; Sat, 8am to 12pm
Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for M&E systems
Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, generators and related building equipment
Conduct routine inspections and identify equipment abnormalities
Attend to fault reports and user complaints through the work request system
Supervise external contractors during maintenance, repair and testing works
Conduct scheduled equipment tests, including generator test runs
Record maintenance activities, findings and recommendations in maintenance checklists
