Hiring: B2B Commerce Solution Architect / Technical Lead

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience: 3–7 Years

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced B2B Commerce Solution Architect / Technical Lead with strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud technologies, B2B commerce, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly available, and resilient distributed systems.
• Lead B2B Order-to-Cash (O2C) customer portal transformation initiatives.
• Develop technical solutions covering Front-End, Backend, BFF, Database, APIs, and Integrations.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.
• Drive technical governance, architecture compliance, and code quality.
• Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production releases.
• Establish observability, monitoring, operational readiness, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate Front-End, BFF, Database, and DevOps teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 4–8+ years of enterprise technology, security, and operations experience.
• 3+ years in a Technical Leadership role.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B O2C customer portal transformations.
• Strong expertise in scalable and resilient distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Infrastructure Automation, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of B2B Commerce capabilities.
• Experience with custom-built solutions, configured platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APM/Observability tools.
• Experience delivering solutions in large-scale global enterprise environments.
