We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, developing business opportunities, and helping clients solve HVAC challenges, we would love to hear from you. 

What You'll Be Doing 

Business Development 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial building sector. 

• Build strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams. 

• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and business presentations. 

• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline. 

Quotation & Proposal Preparation 

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract submissions. 

• Review clients' requirements and work closely with technical teams to develop competitive solutions. 

• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate commercial terms. 

Account Management 

• Manage existing customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships. 

• Handle enquiries, service requests, and contract renewal discussions. 

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling maintenance and project services. 

Tender & Project Coordination 

• Participate in tender preparation and submission activities. 

• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate submissions. 

• Monitor quotation status, project progress, and customer feedback. 

Customer Service Excellence 

• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle. 

• Ensure timely responses to enquiries and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. 

• Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and industry events. 

What We're Looking For 

Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related disciplines. 

• Minimum 0-2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience. 

• Experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, Facilities Management, Building Services, or Construction industry preferred. 

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical sales are welcome to apply. 

Skills & Attributes 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Confident in dealing with customers and stakeholders at all levels. 

• Results-oriented with good commercial awareness. 

• Able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines effectively. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 

• Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn. 

Advantageous 

• Existing contacts within the Facilities Management, Property Management, Construction, Industrial, or Hospitality sectors. 

• Familiarity with Singapore tendering processes and procurement practices. 

• Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage.
