Marketing & Content Intern (3 months) at B/SKIN

B/SKIN started in 2015 because our founder spent years fighting hormonal acne with products that looked beautiful on the shelf and wrecked her skin. So we make the opposite: hormone-safe, barrier-first skincare, formulated and made in Korea and halal-certified. We're a small Singapore team with a loyal community across the region, and we'd rather explain why an ingredient works than slap a trend on a label.

We're looking for an intern who lives on TikTok and Instagram, can tell a good hook from a forgettable one, and wants to see how a founder-led brand actually grows. You'll work directly with our marketing team and our founder. You'll be making things people actually see, and you won't be stuck filing spreadsheets.

What you'll be doing

• Planning, shooting and editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) with the team
• Joining photo and video shoots, sometimes behind the camera and sometimes in front of it if you're keen
• Spotting trends and formats early, then pitching how B/SKIN could do them our way
• Scheduling and posting, then looking at what worked (and what flopped) and why
• Researching competitors, ingredients talk and what our customers are saying online
• Helping us find and coordinate creators and KOLs who fit the brand
• Supporting product launches, promotions and on-ground events, including our pop-up booths
• Making simple visuals in Canva and pitching in on whatever the week throws up

You'll probably enjoy this if you

• Already notice when a sound or format starts taking off before it peaks
• Care about skincare, or at least get curious about what's in your products
• Have a good eye and opinions about what looks good
• Can be trusted to run with a task without being chased
• Like the pace of a small team where your ideas get tried, not filed away

Basic CapCut, Canva or any video editing experience is a requirement. Prior marketing experience isn't required. We'll teach you the rest.

The details

• 3-month internship
• Hybrid: 2 days a week in our Singapore office (currently Tuesdays and Thursdays), the rest remote
• Some flexibility needed for filming days and event support, which may fall outside your usual office days. We'll give you as much notice as we can.
• Monthly allowance: $800
• Open to students and fresh grads in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Comm, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field
