Kebun Raudah is looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support daily business operations, bookkeeping, inventory management and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation and filing
• Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, purchase orders and related documents
• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Record and monitor company income, expenses and daily transactions
• Manage supplier invoices, customer payments and outstanding payments
• Assist with bank reconciliation and preparation of documents for accountant/auditor
• Maintain proper records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage and update inventory and stock records
• Monitor stock movement, stock-in, stock-out and current stock balance
• Coordinate purchasing and maintain supplier records

About you

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Administration / Accounts, Bookkeeping or related field
• Familiar with bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory management and financial documentation
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Experience using accounting and inventory software will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented, organised, responsible and trustworthy
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Willing to work in a dynamic SME / agriculture-based environment

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
