Accounts Assistant (Full Set Accounts)

Responsibilities
Handle
full set of accounts
, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with
Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
and company policies.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities (e.g., IRAS, MOM).
Support payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, GST, corporate tax).
Maintain accurate records and filing of accounting documents.
Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least
2–3 years of relevant experience
handling full set accounts.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong knowledge of
Singapore tax regulations, GST, and CPF contributions
.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
