Job Summary

Manage and oversee architectural finishes on construction sites, ensuring quality and safety compliance while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues and maintain project schedules and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all architectural finishes works on site to ensure project standards are met
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and compliance
• Schedule architectural work, requisition materials, control costs, supervise projects, and maintain thorough documentation
• Coordinate effectively with Architects, Structural and M&E staff, and sub-contractors to resolve technical and operational issues
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards through regular inspections and enforcement

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in local architectural works

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of the CONQUAS scheme
• Ability to lead teams and work independently
