Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk / IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems and office infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, peripherals, software and user accounts for new employees.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including equipment allocation, account access and asset recovery.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity issues.
• Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, software licences and user accounts.
• Support office IT infrastructure, including network equipment, meeting room systems and other IT facilities.
• Manage and follow up on IT support requests, escalating complex issues to relevant teams or vendors.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
• Support implementation of IT security, endpoint protection and access control measures.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades and other IT-related initiatives as required.

How you will stand out

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support or a similar role.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
• IT-related certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft or ITIL are an advantage.
