An exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to deliver high-level executive support to senior leadership.

• Provide end-to-end secretarial and executive assistance to senior leadership.
• Manage complex corporate travel schedules, flight bookings, and accommodation logistics.
• Maintain complete oversight of executive documentation and filing systems.
• Validate external vendor invoices against travel records and partner with finance for processing.
• Assist in coordinating corporate events, client meetings, and internal workshops.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 6 years of administrative or executive support experience within a corporate environment.
• Possession of a tertiary diploma or formal administrative training.
• Proficiency in core digital productivity tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong track record of managing confidential information with high discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills paired with professional written and spoken English communication capabilities.
