Job Descriptions

Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about products/services
Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
Assisting in maintaining the store room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
Cross-sell and upsell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Maintaining the store cleanliness

Requirements

Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies
Excellent communication skills
Cheerful working attitude
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to upsell
Candidate with a few years of sales experiences and visual merchandising experience will be considered for a senior role
Ability to work under a fast-paced working environment
Candidates with higher levels of relevant experience will be considered for a more senior role, where appropriate.
