• Review and negotiate commercial contracts
• Provide corporate legal advice
• Support the organisation on various legal matters

Requirements

• More than 10 years of legal experience
• Strong background in corporate legal work and/or litigation
• Able to quickly understand and advise on unfamiliar areas of law
• In-house, statutory board or public-sector experience would be advantageous
• Able to commit to the full three-month assignment
