Tanggungjawab

Job Scope

  • Recruitment & employee onboarding
  • Employee records, attendance & leave management
  • HR administration and documentation
  • Assist with payroll and employee welfare
  • Manage HR-related matters and staff enquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, organized and able to work independently
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality

Working hour

  • 8.00am ~ 6.00pm (Monday ~ Friday)
  • Saturday (optional)

Location

  • Skudai, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
