About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Associate – School Admissions to drive student admissions across Greater Kuala Lumpur.

You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, engaging with prospective families, conducting presentations, managing the admissions funnel, and building partnerships with schools and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and nurture admission leads.
• Conduct engaging presentations for parents, schools, and partners.
• Research local markets, parent needs, and education trends.
• Manage outreach through calls, email, digital channels, and events.
• Track leads, conversions, and pipeline performance using CRM tools.
• Work closely with Marketing and Academic teams to improve admissions.
• Represent Dreamtime Learning at events, webinars, and school fairs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in business development, sales, or school admissions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability in lead generation and conversion.
• Good understanding of market research and sales funnels.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and working with basic data.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Passion for innovative, learner-centred education.
