Job Responsibilities
Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation partners to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Prepare and process shipping and import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other relevant documents.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Track shipment progress and delivery schedules, proactively following up and resolving any logistics-related issues.
Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate order fulfilment, stock movement, and timely deliveries.
Ensure all shipments comply with relevant import/export regulations, customs requirements, and internal procedures.
Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records and update relevant information in the ERP/WMS system.
Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs and identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency.
Handle other logistics and supply chain-related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
in logistics, shipping, freight, or supply chain operations
Experience working with WMS systems will be bonus.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with good time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
