- Own treasury strategy covering liquidity, cash flow, and safeguarding of financial assets.
- Act as the primary counterpart to auditors, regulators, and the Board on financial matters.
- Build and lead senior finance leaders across accounting, tax, and treasury.
- Taking a clear accounting position on a complex transaction where guidance is not explicit.
- Defending PayNet’s financial treatment to auditors or regulators under scrutiny.
- Re‑framing a capital or liquidity concern into a clear executive decision with trade‑offs.
- Identifying balance‑sheet risks early and escalating before they become control issues.
- Coaching finance leaders to move from compliance executors to trusted advisors.
- Strong technical grounding paired with the confidence to exercise judgment.
